Membership Information
1. A candidate for membership must apply to the State HQ thru whichever Chapter the candidate is interested in joining and must complete one full riding season before they can become a full patch holder. This may be waived only by the National/State Council Officers with justification/recommendation coming from the Chapter the candidate is joining.
2. Candidates/prospects may only gain approval for patch holder status from the State HQ, thru a unanimous vote of the local Chapter Officer Council.
3. A Candidate for membership must:
a. Be a current or retired member of the National Guard or a civilian who has made a significant contribution to the National Guard i.e. civil service technician with ample number of years service. Waivers authorized only by unanimous vote of the National/State MC COuncil Officers.
b. Own a motorcycle (500cc or greater) in good operating condition, capable of maintaining highway speeds. Make and model shall remain irrelevant.
4. Candidates/prospects maywear only the top rocker on jackets minus the center patch (modified colors).
5. No exclusion or discrimination based upon race, denomination, or sex.
